Executive AI & digital leadership programme
Core programme 03
The people accountable for technology decisions should understand them
Board and senior management training on AI governance, risk and strategy — built for institutional decision-makers, not for engineers.
The problem
Councils and boards approve AI and digital investments they have no framework to interrogate. Technical staff cannot supply governance judgement, and governance bodies cannot assess technical claims. This programme closes that gap.
