Institutional AI & ODeL transformation programme
Core programme 02
Full-cycle modernisation that leaves capability behind
Systems architecture, implementation, adoption and capacity building — sequenced so each phase hands working capability to your own staff before the next one begins.
The problem
Pilots succeed and programmes stall. The platform goes live, a small team keeps it running, and when the contract ends the capability leaves with the consultant. We sequence engagements against that failure mode specifically.

What we do — four phases
Architecture
Target-state design across the six pillars: infrastructure, LMS and ODeL, AI integration, policy, capacity, governance.
Implementation
Build and integration in agreed increments, each one usable on its own.
Adoption
Role-based rollout for teaching staff, ICT, registry and management, with content and support routines.
Handover
Documentation, internal administrator certification, governance calendar and a defined support taper.
What you receive
- Target-state architecture and integration map
- Configured, populated and live systems
- Trained internal administrators and role-based user cohorts
- Governance framework, standard operating procedures and documentation set
- Post-handover support schedule with a defined end point
At a glance
